Foreign fans can participate by getting free 30 Kakaocons. I think this is only a small part, but it's still better than nothing.

1. Make sure that you have a Kakaotalk account. It's free to make and you don't need to have Korean number to have access to it 
then click the link in the first tweet above.

2. Once you click the link, you will be redirected to this page. Click the arrow on the upper left hand side of thes screen
3. You will be redirected to the main page. Click on the hamburger menu (upper left hand side again)
4. The menu will open and you will see different options. Click on ์์๋ณด๋ ๊ฐ์ด๋ (encircled in blue)
5. You will see the guide page for the ์์๋ณด๋ (cheering board). Scroll down until you reach the end of the page and you will see the following options. Click on the 2nd one (30 con)
6. Once you click on it, you will be redirected to the page where you need to register to either daum/melon through your Kakaotalk account. Just click on the button, and then you should be able to receive your 30 cons. (if you have questions, let me know)
7. Once you get your 30 cons, go back to the link on the 1st tweet above and click on the round button with a dinosaur on it at the lower right side of the screen
8. You should see your available cons under the big 0 con. Then click on 10 con until 0 con becomes 30 con, and click on ๋ณด๋ด๊ธฐ to finish participating
