The worst thing to go through right now during this pandemic while in a quarantine is mental issues.

I, myself, struggle with mental health issues and I think we all do at some point in our life one way or another but it actually is hard when the thing that triggers it is under the same roof as you are.
All I can say, is try to find a support system whether it’s online or offline, try to talk about it, write it down if you have to, I guarantee you, there’s someone out there who would listen and would try to understand what you’re going through
Or you could use online therapy like nafsiti, talkspace, betterhelp and such
Or call emergency hotlines if needed any country would do and could help if your country doesn’t have any hotline and you just need to talk to someone
