Yesterday a bunch of leftists made fun of me for my religion. The left is never going to gain any significant power if the first reaction is to push people away while the fascists welcome everyone with open arms.

If you come across someone who agrees with you 70% of the time, recruit them and work to teach them that last 30%. You don't have to sacrifice your ideals, but you should work to build solidarity instead of destroy it.
