ㅤㅤIn May 2019, a group of people unveiled a local closed agency named PERSONA. PERSONA has been running since then until April 2020, where the caretakers have agreed to put PERSONA through a revamp process.
ㅤㅤ

ㅤㅤ
ㅤㅤThis revamp process includes a concept change, removal of the point system that was implemented in PERSONA, and a whole new caretaker line-up.
ㅤㅤ

ㅤㅤWe're looking for a fresh start under the name Mikrokosmos.
ㅤㅤThe name Mikrokosmos was inspired by 소우주
(Mikrokosmos), the 3rd song on BTS' 2019 album Map of the Soul: Persona.
ㅤㅤ

ㅤㅤ
ㅤㅤMikrokosmos derives from a Greek word /mikros kosmos/ meaning "little world". Known as microcosm, a philosophical term designating men as being a “little world” in which the macrocosm, or universe, is reflected.

ㅤㅤ
ㅤㅤThe melodic song marvels at the endlessness every human individual possesses. Important lyrics that have contributed to the concept of Mikrokosmos as an agency are as follows.

“One history in one person, one star in one person, shining with 7 billion lights, 7 billion worlds.”

The lyrics above implies that the role of one person in a world of 7 billion people can seem so insignificant, yet everyone is important and special in their own ways.

“Starlight that shines brighter in the darkest night. The deeper the night, the brighter the star.”

This line refers to a popular saying, “The stars can't shine without darkness.”

ㅤ
Without hardships, one could not possibly know or cherish the good times in life. It teaches us that failure is not a step backwards.

“Shine, dream, smile. Let us light up the night, we shine in our own ways. We shine just the way we are.”

This line encourages its listeners to use our lights to light up the dark night sky, not worrying about what people may speak and think of us.

ㅤㅤTherefore, as an agency, the purpose of Mikrokosmos is to create a welcoming environment in which people from different social backgrounds and personalities, together, overcome differences they may face in their daily lives, during their stay at Mikrokosmos.

ㅤㅤA community, a home, a small universe where different types of lights exist to shine together.
ㅤㅤ

ㅤ
ㅤㅤOur logo consists of a person wearing an astronaut suit surrounded by an orbit line. It represents us as the center of Mikrokosmos, our own universe. The wide color spectrum represents the many different sides a person has.

ㅤㅤThe admins will be called The Constellations and each admin will represent one constellation.
ㅤㅤ

ㅤㅤ
ㅤㅤThe members will be called The Celestials, “meaning something in space, such as a star or planet, positioned in or relating to the sky, or outer space as observed in astronomy." It also has the meaning of “belonging or relating to heaven.”
ㅤㅤ

ㅤ
ㅤㅤThere is a rewarding system that is set up by Mikrokosmos to reward and motivate Celestials into doing good deeds named The Brightest Galaxy.
ㅤㅤ

ㅤㅤ
ㅤㅤEvery two weeks, Constellations will hand out forms where Celestials can pick whomever they think is worthy to be rewarded the title as that week's Brightest Galaxy. This system focuses on encouraging Celestials to be the best version of themselves.

ㅤㅤThere is a set of rules established by the Constellations of Mikrokosmos. The rules have been carefully constructed and assembled in order to create a beneficial system for both the Celestials and Constellations.

Since this is a revamped agency, there will only be 10 slots available for boys and 13 slots available for girls. There are existing Celestials who chose to follow us from Persona and has helped us in the making of Mikrokosmos.
