If you did so it wouldn't change anything. The operator would have to make a decision whether to kick you out or not. If they chose to kick you out you could sue for anti trans discrimination, providing you're willing to go to court and prove that happened. Which.. Uhh...?

The difference between me and you in this scenario is I'm actually trans and wouldn't have much trouble proving anti trans discrimination, providing I'd been using the bathroom appropriately of course.

If I had been misusing or otherwise doing anything bad in the bathroom then no, my being trans would not protect me. Because I wouldn't have been kicked out for being trans. I'd have been kicked out for doing bad things.

This applies to cis women too.
