(not about a show but random kwento lang haha)

after graduation, sobrang kalat ko sa buhay di ko alam anong gagawin ang gulo ng lahat sobrang confusing. one random night, i decided to go on a solo trip. so i packed my bag and my sister's actioncam.

i took random videos during my trip wo rly having an outline or storyboard in mind. i enjoyed my trip naman, but hndi ko fully na realize yung learning ko until i got home and started viewing the video clips. pag watch ko, first song that came to mind was RIDE HOME.

so inedit ko yung video with ride home as bg music AND IT ALL FIT PERFECTLY.

i took that solo trip because i wanted to escape, i wanted to run away from my problems and yung mga struggles ko.

but i learned that in the end, kailangan mo silang harapin. and so that trip was a ride home—home as in sa sarili ko. i learned na kailangan ko mahalin ang sarili ko, bec only then can i face and overcome my struggles and fears.

i learned to love myself kasi ito lang yung way na makakapag move forward tayo sa ating mga struggles. and in so doing, we are then able to give love to others.

dami kong sinabi di ko alam kung nag make sense ba hahaha. basta hahaha that's my Ride Home story. and sobrang meaningful din kasi Ride Home ang unang kanta ng Ben&Ben na na introduce sa akin.
