I get *terrible* 2-3 inch long blisters on the bottom of my feet, as I have really flat feet. I've tried various things over the years, incl lubricant (snigger) but nothing works. Any tips and tricks to share? 🙏
Just did 5k and I'm not looking forward to seeing the state of my poor feet. They are BURNING.
