One thing I am learning is that curriculum is not fixed but it is evolving,and there is no such thing as a perfect curriculum.There will always be flaws. But The key ingredient to building a near enough ‘perfect’ curriculum is the willingness to always develop, grow& evolve

Once the teachers go stale of keeping up to date, inflexible and start loosing that desire to develop, the curriculum will start to become dry & ‘fixed’ 2/3

I also want to state that there is no ‘biblical’ way in building a curriculum. There are certainly Key ingredients a curriculum needs but remember you know your students& context. It’s easy to feel very inadquate when comparing your curriculum against others, so stop!

But I am a firm believer in knowing where to improve and making the adjustments, but dint mix that with feelings of inadequacy. Building a curriculum can actually be a very personal experience, especially if you put your whole heart and soul into it. So enjoy the process
