Speaking as a fat person who used to have a drug addiction it doesnt make sense for me compare both. Being fat is about have a specific bodytype a drug addiction is an habit.

Basically yeah fat =/= unhealthy, fat people deserve respect not matter if they are unhealthy or not, drug addiction is not the same as being fat the end
