Positive thinking is the best way of thinking. Believe in all your abilities, and most importantly, yourself.
Self-confidence cannot be measured by tangible objects. Man can& #39;t make it but man can develop it.
Stay encouraged. Negative experiences shouldn& #39;t dictate your life.
If any negativity is directed to you, interpret is a constructive mechanism and find a way to resolve it.
Always reflect on post positive achievements or events. It most cases, it will trigger nostalgia.
Compliment and treat other people with kindness as this help you forget that you& #39;re insecure (which is obviously normal).
Perfect posture, maintaining eye contact and acting confident are vital to upholding the ideal self image.
Have a vision of where you want to be and how you want to been seen. Don& #39;t demand without direction.
Do research on SWOT analysis. Incorporated the advantageous side and reduce the completely resolve the disadvantageous side of personal SWOT analysis.
Ride solo, do something alone like watching a movie or going to a theme park. Alone, just to clear your thoughts.
Make mistakes sometimes just to see what works and what doesn& #39;t.
More achievements grow self-confidence. Stop procrastinating, finish what you& #39;ve started.
