Neighbor is holler-singing and when I checked upstairs to see why it was so loud, I discovered her door was open. She wasn& #39;t around so I closed her door and ran away

She opened her door and went INTO THE HALL to sing. I yelled at her to stop and she went back inside but is continuing to sing at the TOP OF HER LUNGS so I knocked on her door for like a solid minute. Totally ignored.
