> Don& #39;t pressurize your kids to be highly productive in such times. It& #39;s a novel and much more difficult phase for them
> Try and reduce your screen time and also the news intake
> Eat healthy, avoid emotional eating

> Couples try and give space to your partner which many are failing to do currently with excess amount of time

> Say no if you don& #39;t feel like being part of those group video calls and games. Its okay to do so.
> Temples are closed but you can still continue with your daily Pooja and mantra jaap.
> SEEK HELP! If you feel you aren& #39;t coping well then please seek help. There are many mental health professionals who are providing help in lockdown. DM me if you want to (Psychologist by profession) No charges.
