I have said this a million times but I feel the need to say it again in context of the BTS meeting live stream
Namjoon is an amazing leader
He discusses everyone's opinions, encourages everyone to keep throwing out ideas good or bad, participates actively in brain storming,

actually progresses a meeting forward (that is very important cause often the discussion is lost or diverted but he kept focusing on the discussion and I can see that comes from his experience)
He taught inexperienced tae how to do so and so, he listened to every opinion

with full concentration (even I as a viewer sometimes get a little out of focus but joon had complete concentration and repeated the points that tae said), he also wasn't very serious at the same time, infact he playfully cracked a few innocent jokes too lol and he kept asking

them to explain the reason behind their ideas so that everyone gets a full clarity as a whole
