I have said this a million times but I feel the need to say it again in context of the BTS meeting live stream
Namjoon is an amazing leader
He discusses everyone& #39;s opinions, encourages everyone to keep throwing out ideas good or bad, participates actively in brain storming,

actually progresses a meeting forward (that is very important cause often the discussion is lost or diverted but he kept focusing on the discussion and I can see that comes from his experience)
He taught inexperienced tae how to do so and so, he listened to every opinion

with full concentration (even I as a viewer sometimes get a little out of focus but joon had complete concentration and repeated the points that tae said), he also wasn& #39;t very serious at the same time, infact he playfully cracked a few innocent jokes too lol and he kept asking

them to explain the reason behind their ideas so that everyone gets a full clarity as a whole
