Ok so, half my family are #Welsh, I’ve been touristing in #Wales most of my life and have now moved here & desperate to learn the beautiful language. I’m completely deaf so I’m reaching out to see if anyone is aware of any written welsh language resource that teach phonetically?

I have beginner books to teach the sounds of the alphabet and that’s obviously got phonetic translation but when learning actually words, particularly where rule changes in the phonetics occur. In an ideal world I’m looking for a book that each word has a phonetic translation
