In the late 19th century, Israel was mostly empty, covered in unusable marshland & desert. It was populated by Jews & Arabs.
The Jews, having yearned for over 2,000 years to return to their historical homeland, started to return from all over the world.#ThePalestinianLie
Some Arabs legally sold their unusable land to Jews - at a very high price
The Jews drained entire marshes, irrigated deserts & started to convert previously unusable land into potential farmland

Between 1900 & 1948 Israel was populated by Jews who called themselves Palestinians, and by Arabs who called themselves Arabs.
Arabs hated being referred to as Palestinians. Because The Jews were the Palestinians.

The next day, Israel was invaded by a total of 11 Arab armies. The Arab leaders told Arabs to leave Israel & to come back after they had killed all the Jews

The argument that there were not many Jews in the land around 1900 is not valid. Under Crusader, Ottoman & British rule, the Jews were prevented from returning. They have tried & yearned to return for over 2,000 years. Jews did not have freedom of movement#ThePalestinianLie
