In my years with @TheLiturgists I helped make things I am incredibly proud of, tried to offer support to many people, and elevate and center marginalzied people.

I also made a lot of mistakes and hurt people despite my best intentions.

I believe impact matters more than intent.

That is why I left The Liturgists last year. I am working through codependent rescuer tendencies that lead me into severe and medically significant cycles of anxiety.

Putting that chapter behind me is essential to my mental and physical health.

I have been getting much better, but the yesterday and today have been brutal. I am regressing in my mental health journey and my chest pains have returned.

No matter what your opinion of me, I am begging for your support.

Please don't include me in discussions of present or future discussions of the work of The Liturgists in public media. That chapter of my life is over, and whatever the next chapter is for both the company and the corresponding community, it must become that without me.

I care so deeply for the community around the work, but it is not my work anymore.
