Mandatory. Vaccination. For. A. Pandemic. Vaccine. Is. Impossible.

Cannot be legislated bc it can't be policed for 38 million people.

Two options;
1. Individual orgs - employers, school boards etc - can impose vaccination requirements.
2. Dialogue. Persuade.

Despite popular wisdom, many vaccine hesitant people are persuadable. We just have to make an effort.

They respond if you:
*approach them with respect (no insults)
*share about your personal experiences
(personal testimonials)

They distrust data and science arguments.

But absorb the lesson if it's a personal story.

Persuading most of them is just a matter of listening, mutual respect and kindness.
