Muzrai temples to reopen with resumption of all rituals: Minister. 05 May 2020.

The govt took a decision in Feb. 2020 that Hindu temple money will be used for Hindu causes only. Preferably developing the very temple where income is generated and other minor temples in the neighborhood.

The intent was stated in Oct. 2019 in an interview to Swarajya magazine.

Point being, Karnataka has finally come out of dark times for Hindu institutions. There have been several swift moves by the present government in favour of Hindu temples and institutions. At this point, when a hindu-friendly motion has already been set, a PIL is lodged.

Disparity between archakas of different categories exists for decades but PIL is lodged when the present government is discussing of correcting this unfairness. And this govt is not even a year old.
The PIL revolution is needed elsewhere - in TN, Kerala and perhaps in Germany.

It's a free country after all. Some need to file a few PILs to keep running their NGOs while the govt has to make good decades old rot to run the state/ country.
