What if every year the pro-heroes make a calendar and all the proceeds are donated to a certain charity. Bakugou tries to get out of it every year, but Kirishima always manages to convince him to do it.

Bakugou was expecting some kind of reptile or maybe even some big dogs because of his tough image the media promotes (not that he really does anything to stop it).

What he wasn't expecting when he got on set was to be ushered outside to a plush green field where a few staff members were already standing with bunnies in their arms.
The director of the shoot throws him a pastel sweater, oversized and clearly modeled after his hero costume.

"What the hell do you want me to do with this?" Bakugou asks, shaking the offending item in the air.
Unphased and leaving no room for argument, the director says, "You never seen a sweater before? You're wearing it. Once you change you can go ahead and meet your co-stars."

Before he has a chance to growl out any type of response, the director walks away and Bakugou is left standing there with the pastel monstrosity in his hands and a small, brown rabbit wearing a flower crown being offered to him.
"This," the aide who had been holding the rabbit hands it over once he's pulled the sweater over his head with a grimace, "is Toffee! The other bun over there is Stormie."
She points over her shoulder to the other bunny, this one white and speckled with grey all over.

"Are you sure this is where I'm meant to be? Thought they'd put me with some tough fuckin' animals. Not these furballs." As he's speaking, Toffee sniffs at the finger he has wiggling her front of her nose and bites it. "Ouch! What the hell?"
The aide snorts. "Yeah, she's feisty. Watch your fingers."
"Alright, I see you, you fluffy 'lil shit. You're tough, huh?" Bakugou asks Toffee as he raises her up so their eyes are level. All he gets for his effort is the wiggle of her pink nose.

"Come on, we gotta get going. You're definitely in the right place. You're April. Springtime. Bunnies. The whole sweater thing because we definitely didn't just have that lying around."
She pulls him towards a spot on the grass where a blanket had been placed. In the middle of the plush blanket, Stormie was waiting for them, happily chewing on some sliced bell peppers.
Bakugou hesitates, suddenly worried about the small bunny in his hands and the danger of his quirk. "Uh. What should I do?"
"You sure you could've handled something tougher?" The aide laughs "You're practically shaking in your boots. They're bunnies with flowers. Just go sit down and get used to them while we finish setting up. Should be just a couple more minutes."
So that's what he does. As soon as he sits down Stormie hops over to him and sniffs his finger.
He doesn't get bitten this time though, thank god. Picking up one of the slices of pepper, Bakugou offers it to Stormie, chuckling when she immediately starts chowing down on it. "That good? Not spicy like the kind I like. You little shits probably can't that stuff, huh?"
And Bakugou can't believe he's talking to rabbits like this in front of people, but here he is.
The next thing he knows, Stormie is jumping in the air, all four feet off the ground. And then she's doing it again and again. He can hear the snapping of a camera in the background but he's too busy laughing at Stormie to care.
Bakugou isn't really sure if this is what the people are looking for but they haven't said anything otherwise so he must not be fucking up too bad.
This is all for Kirishima anyway. If he does a bad job then he's pointing his finger at his idiot boyfriend for dragging him into all of whatever this is.
Enticing her with an apple slice he found at the bottom of the bowl, Stormie settles down in front of him. She stands on her back legs slightly and leans in, trying to get a bite of the fruit. "Ah, ah, ah! Gotta earn it."
With his free hand, Bakugou reaches out towards Stormie and waits.
After a few seconds she leans forward until her paw is pressing up against Bakugou's hand in what appears to be a high five. He can hear the crowd that has gathered around 'ooh' and he tries his best not to flush in embarrassment.
Waiting a few more seconds to let the photographer get some different angles, Bakugou replaces his hand with an apple and lets Stormie enjoy her snack in peace.
Bakugou shifts his attention to Toffee in his lap. She has taken the time to spread herself all across his legs and almost looks like she's asleep.
With all the gentleness he can muster Bakugou lifts her up to his eyes again and stares her down. "If I give you some peppers you gotta promise not to bite me again. Got it?"
More snaps and he can hear a loud, deep laugh that can't belong to anyone but Kirishima. "Aw, babe! Your sweater! It's so manly...think they'd let me keep it?" Kirishima calls out to him.
"Oi! Can't you see I'm busy? Don't have time for stupid questions. Don't you have your own shoot to be doing right now?" Bakugou gripes, but the smile is clear in his voice.
Kirishima just has that effect on him, unfortunately.

"Got done early, man. If you stopped slacking maybe I wouldn't have to drop by your own shoot," Kirishima replies with a laugh.
Bakugou busies himself with the rabbits, scratching their heads and feeding them little bits of pepper. He's not really sure how much more they want from him at this point.
There's mumbling and the quiet sound of fabric rustling and, seconds later Kirishima is in his space, gently scooping Toffee off of his lap.
Her already small body is dwarfed by his giant arms, and not for the first time Bakugou appreciates his boyfriend, the love of his life, the true epitome of gentle giant.
Looking closer, Bakugou notices that Kirishima is wearing the same stupid sweater as him.
Suddenly it doesn't feel like the drop-by was so random anymore.
Fucking hell.

Fucking hell.
Kirishima lays back and lifts Toffee in the air for a second before letting her settle on his chest. She burrows close until her face is nearly covered by the long red locks that Kirishima must have let down for his shoot.
"You're an idiot," Bakugou says, but he scoots closer to Kirishima and pulls his head into his lap. "Were these sweaters your stupid idea?" His fingers card through Kirishima's hair distractedly as he watches Stormie bounce around the blanket.
"I didn't think they'd go through with it," Kirishima admits. "But they do look super manly. You're adorable, you know that?"
"I ain't adorable, Ei."
"I ain't adorable, Ei."
"I don't know I think you might even be giving these sweet bunnies a run for their money." Kirishima reaches one hand to tickle softly at Bakugou's rib cage at the exact moment that Stormie decides she needs to be on Bakugou.
With a final snapsnapsnap, Bakugou is captured with his head thrown back in surprised laughter and arms full of a wiggly rabbit; to his side is Kirishima covering his eyes with his arm, but the smile on his face is blinding.
The photographer calls it then and the bunnies are taken away, back to wherever they stay when they aren't being passed around in photos.
Kirishima speaks up, hesitantly, his face still covered by his arm, "...Those rabbits were kind of incredible, babe...You think we got enough space at home for them?
No longer surrounded by a group of people Bakugou lets himself be just a little bit softer. Leaning down to press a kiss to Kirishima's head, Bakugou whispers, "Yeah, Ei. We can go talk to the people at the desk."
When it comes time, though, Bakugou lets Kirishima handle the bunny business.
Instead, he goes in search of the photographer. He's not sure if they'll be able to use it for the calendar, but Bakugou wants to nab a copy of that last photo for himself.
He'll never admit it out loud, but looking at the framed photo hanging proudly in their living room a couple weeks later, Kirishima was right...they were pretty fuckin' cute.
