FLYNN WASN'T CHARGED WITH PERJURY.

What did Flynn plead guilty to?

What happened was that Professor Obama HEARD ON CNN that the FBI had no done anything wrong, that it had simply set up a "PERJURY trap."
Since Professor Obama didn't know what perjury or perjury traps are, he thought that Flynn had been convicted of perjury.

A perjury trap is a technique used by PROSECUTORS to get a CRIMINAL to lie to a GRAND JURY DURING TESTIMONY.
After the criminal commits perjury IN TESTIMONY TO A GRAND JURY, the prosectors tell the criminal that unless he or she spills the beans on ANOTHER CRIMINAL HIGHER UP THE FOOD CHAIN, the perjured criminal will go to jail.
Professor Obama knows absolutely nothing about law.
