Today one of my wife's co-workers is in the ICU with COVID. Because she's immunocompromised, her only point of contact for months has been her husband & he only ever left the house to buy groceries. They later learned that 2 workers at the grocery store were diagnosed with COVID

The idea that we can open the economy, schools, universities, businesses, etc without a massive spike in cases is simply wishful thinking. It's terrifying to think that so many lives are going to be put at risk for a plan that will just have to be abandoned when the 2nd wave hits
