I see there’s a FB group established to support the murderers of Ahmaud Arbery.
1. If anyone posts about/from said group in a positive manner, that’s a block.

Well, it just so happens the murderers match the description of some men who thought summary execution was an appropriate response to seeing a nonwhite jogger in their neighborhood.

6a. Unbelievably, I’ve been told there’s a go fund me for the murderers. I cannot fathom this. The injustice system tried to let the murderers off without so much as a stern look. Let them fund their defense of bloodsport.

6b. The other day I ran “for Maud” but this is hardly adequate. Does anyone know of a legitimate fundraising campaign to aid Ahmaud Arbery’s family? I’d like to put my money where my mouth is and where my feet went.

A. apparently there is another video of Ahmaud Arbery entering a construction site.
Assuming he didn’t steal anything, this is not a crime in most cases and a misdemeanor at worst

B1. Because even if Mr Arbery stole something (and there’s as of yet no proof he did), in Georgia, a citizens’ arrest can only be made by a person against someone who has committed a felony crime in their presence.
B2. Which means that Ahmaud Arbery would have had to steal something worth over $500 in front of the murderers.
To reiterate, the murderers didn’t know Arbery had entered the construction site. They only chased him because he “matched the description”

B3. Even then, there appears to be inconsistencies with the supposed robberies, but there’s so much confusion I won’t go into that now.
C. Which means that the murderers couldn’t attempt a citizens arrest because they didn’t know if Arbery had actually committed a crime
D. The murderers also violated the regulations regarding a citizens arrest because they confronted Arbery with guns drawn, provoked a confrontation, and then shot him.

E1. There is also no appeal self-defense. If one instigates a confrontation with guns drawn, you shouldn’t get to claim self-defense.
