Something has been bothering me.

Why would Johnson be so idiotic to announce on Wednesday that he was going to announce on Sunday what he was going to do about lock down?

Why leak that lock down was lifting and then have Raab back it right back the next day?
Why push VE day so strong?

They knew what the weather was going to be like.

They new social distancing would go out the window.

But there were no arrests or police warnings yesterday.

Today though, the police have issued fines in the parks.
Give people back a bit of freedom, punish them the next day when the incidents are nowhere near as severe.

And then the police comment that they will struggle enforcing social distancing etc if measures are eased.

All of this is likely to lead to civil unrest.
And is that by intent?

What does Johnson gain by making an action announcement on Sunday - when Parliament is not sitting,

And then enacting it on Monday - without Parliamentary oversight?

The only thing I can see is the opportunity to bring forward more draconian limitations.
So, the questions are these.

IS all of this a social engineering project?

IS the intent to force new legislation through for civil control

(example? - could returning workers be forced to download the tracking app)

What is the end purpose?
What Johnson announces tomorrow is immaterial

What he brings forward after that is crucial.

Clown shows are usually carefully choreographed.

I suspect this one is no different.

Watch carefully.
