OAN describes the Ukrainian-born Rouz as a "news aggregator," who compiles and writes stories from "other sources." According to OAN, all his work goes through the network& #39;s own editorial processes.

Herring Networks, OAN& #39;s parent company, filed a $10 million defamation suit against Rachel Maddow for her comments on a 2019 show stating that OAN "the most obsequiously pro-Trump right wing news outlet in America really literally is paid Russian propaganda."
