RWBY - Rooster Teeth. This popular 3D animated show boasts canonical and confirmed LGBT characters, including two of the main characters, as well as two minor characters, who are also lesbian, and a newly added transgender character!
Steven Universe - Cartoon Network. I'm sure you've heard about this gem of a show, and it's colorful cast of humanoid rock aliens. Known for the ability to tackle hard topics, this show has two lesbian leads, an asexual icon and a bisexual diamond backing it all up.
My Little Pony - Discovery Family. The show that molded the future of cartoons in the 2010's, these pastel ponies teach lessons of friendship and love, with two of the main leads ending up in a romance together, as well as two minor lesbian couples, one being a fan favorite pair.
