I REALLY don't understand why Johnson didn't announce the changes to lockdown measures BEFORE the sunny four day Bank Holiday? It's not rocket science. Why does he continue to say nothing, even though people are breaking lockdown? It's utterly reckless and irresponsible.
Um... Just found out it's NOT a four day bank holiday. Monday isn't a bank holiday. Dunno why I assumed it was. But anyway :)
