I don’t understand people who try to tell you that something you believe God is leading you to do, isn’t Him, all because they feel like something else is what God wants. Even if that something is clearly against the written Word of God.
What’s worse, is when people act like God has to get approval from them before He decides to lead someone else in whatever direction HE pleases.
“Whatever the LORD pleases He does, In heaven and in earth, In the seas and in all deep places.”
Psalms 135:6 NKJV
This same attitude is what got King Josiah killed (a very good king), because he just couldn’t fathom that God would speak to an Egyptian pharaoh [Necho] and command Him to do something.
""If perhaps he could not believe that the king of Egypt had a command from God to do what he did, yet, upon his pleading such a command, he ought to have consulted the oracles of God before he went out against him. His not doing that was his great fault, and of fatal
consequence.""

Matthew Henry
Then the people who claim to “not” be fighting against God can’t tell you how that’s logically true.
