UN's Global Preparedness Monitoring Board convened by WHO & World Bank issued a Report in Sep 2019 ( https://reliefweb.int/sites/reliefweb.int/files/resources/GPMB_annualreport_2019.pdf) that calls for UN strengthening by SIMULATION of "the deliberate release of a lethal respiratory pathogen".

The COVID panic started with MODEL SIMULATION!

The 2019 GPMB Report entitled "A WORLD
AT RISK. Annual report on global preparedness
for health emergencies" ( https://reliefweb.int/sites/reliefweb.int/files/resources/GPMB_annualreport_2019.pdf) really sounds the alarm about preparing the World for a "highly lethal pandemic
of a RESPIRATORY PATHOGEN killing 50 to 80 million people".. Why?

What I also find quite interesting is that, among the 15 members of the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board, we see Dr. Antony Fauci (Director of NIAID) and Dr. Chris Elias (President of Global Development Program at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation): https://apps.who.int/gpmb/ 

So, as a member of the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board supported by WHO and the World Bank, Dr. Fauci was expecting "a rapidly moving, highly lethal pandemic of a respiratory pathogen killing 50 to 80 million people": ( https://reliefweb.int/sites/reliefweb.int/files/resources/GPMB_annualreport_2019.pdf).
He got it in 2020!
