Back in October 2019, I blew the whistle on the billion euro a year fraud which is Bogus Self Employment.

I nailed it down for the Oireachtas Committee on Bogus Self Employment.

Following my appearance at the Committee, the Chief Appeals Officer of the Social Welfare Appeals
was asked to appear to answer the evidence I had presented.

The Chief Appeals Officer appeared and at first denied the use of illegal test cases and precedents but was forced to admit that they do use illegal test cases and precedents to label thousands of workers across
many industries.

Following the appearance of the CAO and the contradictory statements she made, @paulmurphy_TD wrote the the then SW Minister @ReginaDo and asked for an explanation -
Minister Doherty replied and said that the Chief Appeals Officer would be happy to explain why she denied the use of test cases when the department's own documentation proved that they do.
2 days later the General Election was called and then the virus hit.

Those thousands of workers who fraudulently denied employee rights are now being told it's time to go back to work. They have no rights, no unions and the Chief Appeals Officer has yet to answer the question
put by @paulmurphy_TD.

Before any 'essential' worker steps foot in work again, the Chief Appeals Officer must be forced to explain why the state is fraudulently denying them employee rights and protections.
