Was the former Acting Director of the FBI Andrew McCabe lying in his book when he said DNI James Clapper personally briefed Obama on the Flynn-Kislyak call, or was Clapper just lying under oath?

These guys can’t even agree on who told Clapper about the Flynn call. Was it Bob Litt, his General Counsel, or Comey?
