If The City of Calgary listens at all to the "4 businessmen" trying to gut the Green Line transit project, they'll prove that

a) You have to be a top CEO to have a say in how your city is built, therefore

b) Calgary is not for everyone.

Barry Lester, Jim Gray, Steve Allan, and Brian Felesky are four Calgary residents that should be treated just like you and I on consultations for transit projects. The reality is that they're given special treatment — specific hearings at Council with no time limit:

This is only the public facing side of it, I'm willing to speculate that #yyccc Councillors have spoken to these four men on the phone or met them offsite (no requirement to report offsite meetings or phone calls). So-called Public Hearings and Public Engagement sessions should be renamed to reflect reality:
