Only misogynoir could ever embolden you to fix your fingers to question a Black women, who is critiquing white hegemony, what she "has done for The Community".

This is also why Black women's modes of resistance are positioned as illegitimate. Because forms of refusal that cannot be read within a specific (ableist) script of productivity that is visible to the white gaze is framed as ineffective.

A lot of our labour is not legible under the lens of whiteness. Which is why those forms of resistance have been so crucial to sustaining any and all Black liberation movements.
