Dear @airtelindia, my RMN is 9303136040. My complain no. is 117331890. It has been 24 hrs but I'm not getting stable WiFi network in Bhopal. Earlier I complained on ur service no. 121 & 198 and the executive assured an Engg. will check by us at home to check the net issue (1/2)

(2/2)but now the designated Engg. called from his side & denied resolving due to lockdown. @airtelindia I sincerely request u to solve my net issue At The Earliest as we can't bear the loss in work & studies that we r suffering here due to absence of the network & ur negligence.

My landline is also dead. No link since yesterday. DMed u the landline no. as well !

This is pathetic @airtelindia , it has been 36+ hours and my complain is yet to be resolved still I got SMS that it has been resolved. This is when Ur engg. Denied coming to my area to solve the issue. Also the IVR of 121 also says same. This is really unprofessional. Solve asap.
