Finally got round 2 reading the rest of the "dossier" & 2 things caught my attention.

1) The email trail from Rod Mc is a joke. Any1 reading with good intention can see exactly what he was up 2. He knew fine well there was an alternative option, but worded each email carefully

It was a dance he was conducting to ensure Rangers never got to the right answer in time for the vote. Its no coincidence we had subsequent lies about loans and advances. Every single one of them knew what they were doing here. A total carve up.

2) Everything Scott Gardner said on radio was 100% true. The whatsapp group is an eye opener and is evidence that multiple clubs felt "bullied." That in itself is evidence of the allegation. Proving it took place is a different matter of course.
