As I draw to a close I want to thank each and every one of you that has helped me along the way over the last 12 months in particular Steph. I can’t put into words the level of support she has given me. She’s truly remarkable and I am so lucky to have her #oneyearnobeer

But also to everyone else. Family, friends, colleagues, clients and even everyone whose read my tweets about alcohol free beer or sober life as I have gone through. You’ve been a big help just being there even if you didn’t know it #oneyearnobeer

One thing I didn’t have when drinking was an avenue to turn to. I didn’t know of all the resources out there to help be that books or podcasts but if anyone would like steering in the right direction, just let me know #oneyearnobeer
