First game 35-28 win over Duke. Offense showed up and the defense didn’t. Good thing I don’t coach the defense

42-7 beat down of Akron at home. Behind 317 rushing yards on 13.2 YPC. Backup QB out for a month with an ab tear during mop up duty. Will probably have to burn 3rd stringers redshirt unfortunately.

42-17 win at home over Louisville. Again the running game dominated with 234 yards on 10.2 YPC. Have to stop throwing interceptions tho as I throw another 2 tonight.

Have landed my first recruit... 3 star DE out of Saftey Harbor FL. 6’5” 244. Beat out ucf kentucky and tennessee.

Big matchup this week vs ucf. In a lot of recruiting battles with them so let’s hope a win here can helps us on that front.

Convincing 42-21 win over ucf. It was a (relatively) slow day rushing the ball mustering only 108 on 4.2 YPC. Nevertheless the passing game finally struck gold throwing for 341 and school record 5 TDs. Most importantly, no turnovers.

35-17 win over louisiana lafayette. Monster game from the star RB Casey Hayford: 8 rec 244 total yards and 5 total TDs. Can some say heisman????

Question is will we be ranked when the polls come out next week? Our SOS has been terrible but undefeated is undefeated.

Was not ranked yet which is a damn shame. SOS is really bad and the fact that the P5 teams I’ve played aren’t ranked doesn’t helped. I’ve played 0 ranked teams so far.

Arkansas state came to town and they should’ve kept the bus running: 45-23 home victory for FIU. Casey Hayford again getting it done with 4 total TDs on 28 touches.

49-34 win over Troy and we are now 8-0 to start the season! To be fair we haven’t played a single team that has even sniffed the top 25 but we’ll work on SOS next year. Excited to see where were at in the the polls

Up to #23 this week we have 3-4 wku which actually might help our strength of schedule lol. Need to play a ranked team bad.

Sitting at home during the bye week I’ve jumped up 5 spots to #5 in the AP pol!!! Still at 10-0. It’s rivalry week vs 4-6 fau, will likely end the season without a single ranked opponent. Major 2017 ucf vibes.

Hold up usc is ranked #1 sitting at 9-0. They came in with 60 out of 61 1st place votes. That 61st vote went to your fighting golden panthers.

Also Casey Hayford is now #1 on heisman watchlist. Does SOS mean nothing to the voters?

Shootout! 48-38 win in rivalry week over fau! 11-0 now let’s see where the polls land us this week. Also pretty sure Casey Hayford locked up the heisman this week.

Regular season finale is vs 3-8 ulm. This is seriously the worst schedule I’ve ever seen. Will compile the records of all the teams I’ve played this season once the regular seasons over. But hey at least I’m up to #4 . If this was NCAA 20 I’d be square in the mix for playoffs.

To no ones surprise it’s a blowout. 56-27. We finish the regular season now 12-0 as 1 of 2 undefeated teams (usc). If we don’t get invited to the national championship game I’m going full ucf.

So apparently the sun belt does not have a conference championship so I did not have another opportunity to prove I deserve to be in the natty. Now we wait and hope for the best.

Your 2012 heisman winner: Casey Hayford

The BCS has spoken and FIU is now #1. I’m shaking, I’m going to the natty in my first season as OC. We now get to play our first ranked team, #2 michigan in the BCS National Championship Game.

The game will be in our city at the Orange Bowl. Let’s hope our fans can show up.

That QB-RB duo combined for 85 receptions and 800 yards receiving. My QB let down my heisman winning RB, the rest of his team and the entire city of miami when it mattered most. I am heart broken.

I had done that exact play, slot outs, with the exact same motion from the RB and the same hot route a couple dozen times and not once was it that open. I am devastated.

Irrelevant to my story but UCLA just hired as HC the coach who was fired from Akron for going 1-11. I’m gonna go on a limb and say that was a bad hire.

Oh my God. I lost my top two WRs to the draft but my QB and RB have decided to stay. That is huge.

And we’re finally able to start the next season. That took a while. Up first we have an easy game vs university of miami. They consider us rivals, we consider them little brother.

We start the season as the #10 overall team in the AP poll. Miami is unranked.

The game is at the Orange bowl. Suddenly flash backs to a mere 9 months ago when we lost the national championship on this very field start to run wild in my mind. Must preserve through this if I want to win this game.
