I'm reading the insane contract Silvercorp and @jguaido signed for the #Venezuela coup.

The operation was to capture, detain or 'remove' @maduro_en. This sounds awfully like a hit contract.

lol, Silvercorp charged Guaidó a quarter-billion dollars for potentially only one day's work yet they're still putting in traps trying to fleece the sucker even harder. How greedy can you get?

This seems pretty big: The contract seems to suggest Silvercorp was going to become a private death squad training up Venezuelan paramilitaries, a la Colombia, after the coup.

This section makes clear that Guaidó and Silvercorp were planning to kill anyone and everyone who opposed them, including "collectivos" - i.e. working class people.

I wonder why Guaidó isn't more popular?

They made sure to specifically note they were authorized to use drone and missile strikes.

Looks like Maduro saved Guaidó a ton of cash by capturing all those mercenaries, not killing them.

And there it is: signatures promising to pay foreign mercenaries to "remove" Maduro and put him into power.

What's amazing is he reportedly never even paid them a penny- even the retainer fee for 6 months and they still went ahead with the hare-brained scheme anayway!
