ok so has really opened our eyes to what damage they have caused ever since the boys went onto the show which got them to where they are today & those people behind it. what we have here is all FACTUAL but we cannot disclose said proofs only because I am being monitored.
a contract has been found in which the boys would have signed at first initial contact with the show. however, the terms and conditions are misleading and wbk nobody ever reads the terms and conditions in anything. it just gets accepted.
there is a standard section of being allowed to show your face on television, any type of bad behaviour meaning you get disqualified etc. they also own anything which a person who has auditioned with & obviously respecting all staff and people at the show.
then comes if you make it to the semi-finals - this is one of the most important parts in the contract. a deal will more than likely be signed at this point, with the Label & M!M. several agreements have to be signed in this, depending on what type of entertainment is made.
this contract also states they may be “required” to make a deal at the semi-finals. in which the boys did. which means they have to take the deal as they offered it because it is “exclusive”. they would have to take it because of singing this contract, this contract is signed +
after the first audition. this also means that whatever they give is something you have to sign too, whether you want to or not. which really makes me think of Blue and Green. there is a malicious cycle of deals they are more than likely involved in. this includes the other boys
his contract also stops you from signing with anyone else until said contract is over. it takes all of their rights for what music said artist releases, books, merchandise etc. even solo music & covers while under Label. such as Green’s solo song “DLMG” and Blue’s covers in the +
early years. this wasn’t a good deal from the beginning, a small sentence in the contract basically says that a person, if they made content before ever signing this contract belongs to them once it is signed. the Label can decide whether to take it up or down too.
this does include covers of songs too, meaning they get majority of the money made from said videos.
after the contract for the semi-finals is signed, no content can be released about that artist unless Label says so. legally, they cannot say anything about the Label& that’s why+

you don’t hear off artists after they go on there. Label can refuse their content going out until this contract is over.
(we have found that the semi-finals for the boys was around november/december time in 2010 so with it being 10 years of this contract this year we think if we get anything off Blue and Green it will be later in the year

this contract also states that anybody under Label cannot even post tweets without them being told to do so, or their permission. they cannot even post photos unless they have been approved, they own all of their pictures.
the main point for Blue and Green supporters (cannot say stan names) is that they can “exploit their image”. they can change who a persons image is, physically & to even their sexuality. no matter how wrong it is: it is not illegal. there is nothing they can do about it.
signing the contract also means they cannot talk of the owner of Label or anything about said Label, not even M!M. if someone (eg interviewer) tries to even say anything about the Label , they have to contact the Labels publicity team.
the boys couldn’t be involved in anything without having the head of Label’s permission. any type of video or whatever has to be checked by them. if not it can be a series of bad consequences.
this contract also prevents them from taking them to court, pressing charges against them if you get hurt or whatever too, they have more money and they have better lawyers. they can make them look bad, they can make them look like clowns. but they own everything about them as+
soon as they sign said contract.
the contract, has illegal clauses to it. some are stated above and, the clauses shouldn't even be followed. yet, it is compulsory to follow the ‘legal’ parts but all they have done is break down the illegal clauses & put it into ‘ nicer’ contexts.
with the illegal clauses in the contract, it shouldn’t even be valid.
going back to that they can do anything to keep up the image they want an artist to have, again, REMEMBER they. own. every. single. thing about the artist involved in this contract. which only takes place when they’re signed onto the Label.
and so - we have evidence that seems to give an impression that Elk is ‘friends’ with a co-founder of M!M’s son. (cannot disclose names)which is weird, considering that she is Blues girlfriend. i thought Green introduced each of them? in here there is them hugging.
surely if they didn’t know each other, which she wouldn’t just as Blues girlfriend.

we have also found out this - so the contract they're signing says it's worth 1 million pounds but they get the 1M if they put out 4 albums. for the first one they get about 150k and then progressively more for each one, the 4th one is around 400k.
however, the label can drop the artist at any time if the music doesn't do as good as they want it to, and the artist will never see the money again.
so a member of our group was thinking that the boys had this in their contract and put out 4 albums, made so much money and then Zen left - he did what he had to do when it came to their albums he was never happy though.
however, Little Mix did the same thing - they left Label not long after releasing 4 albums too.
i’m sure I’ve already mentioned this once, but when their contract has ended they cannot disclose anything about Label. this even applies to every day jobs and I’m sure at least a few of you know what i mean by this or have had to deal with this at some point.

recent events have shown this point, whatever is going on with Irish right now he doesn’t normally talk like this we have said this for years and since the# was trending for M!M he disappeared and came back. there are a timeline of events that have led up to him acting this way.
we all believe that it is not him, but it is more damage control, the way “he” is tweeting is unlike him but nobody knows. as time goes on and depending on what happens in the near future - i may adress it as it’s own thread.

with what these articles hold id like to mention Blue and Green. you can only imagine what they had to be held from. it had it in their contract from the beginning & they didn’t even know. these links only support what I’ve said to do with their contract.
it is unfortunately something that has been concealed when it shouldn’t be.
we know what the Label has done, we didnt have solid proof but it’s here whether it was Blue, Green, Irish, Lima or Zen. Blue and Green haven’t been the only ones subjected to this it has been people before them and people after them. it could also still be happening as we speak.
they have the power and the control over people from the beginning, it only becomes official when it gets to them having a signed deal with the label. Blue and Green had to hide who they were, whether they was together or not.
Blue had a whole personality change after he was flown to meet the owner of Label.
that was on his own with no one there but the ‘bosses’. they have even used beards on other people who have been signed to them, fake marriages etc. it’s not an unknown thing. why has nobody brought light to people OPENLY saying what has happened???
we would also like to add onto the part of the contract where it states the Label have to be the ones who say yes or no to music releases, we have the Infinity music video, unreleased songs as well as that one Blue and Green interview which we have not seen anything of.
