i started my island on the 5th of May 2020, with deirdre and axel as my first villagers ! by day four i have paid off my first loans, built nook’s cranny, and started the museum. i’ve also built houses for three new villagers :D ⤍

lots of things happened today; first weber moved in, then i went on an adventure to harvey’s island ! also my first bridge, and the museum were built - i can’t wait to start donating :D

+ 09.05.20 +
panacea gained another new villager today: marina ! i met her on a mystery island, and couldn’t resist inviting her to move in. the island was also visited by mabel, so i bought a cute new outfit (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و we’re making progress !

a late start today, but still busy ! tom nook announced that the resident services will move into an upgraded building soon, and warned that there is a sketchy character hanging around the islands (∩╹□╹∩) ⤍

⤍ a third new villager moved in today: bubbles ! while i was adventuring around my island, i found a suspicious looking boat (・・；) i bumped into the owner, who offered to sell me a painting. who could resist such a cute face? i bought his art, and headed to the museum ⤍

⤍ i talked to blathers who said the painting was..real ! he said we could now open an art exhibit in the museum :D on my way home, i saw marina, who sang me a song, and noticed my apple trees had grown〔´∇｀〕a sneaky scorpion stung me but we’re not going to talk about that !

it was a quiet day today ! i have nothing to update, apart from this big brain letter from weber ・。・

we got to meet isabelle today ! the resident services was moved into a new building, which is where she will work :D the museum also opened their new art exhibit, and i built a campsite for the island ! panacea is growing slowly (ﾉ^∇^)ﾉﾟ

panacea’s first rainy day ٩̋(ˊ•͈ ꇴ •͈ˋ)و leif came to visit to sell some flowers and saplings; he made a big profit today ! everyone came out in the rain to celebrate our new campsite, and i managed to scrape together enough money to pay off my second home loan ⤍

⤍ finally, i caught a very long fellow !! i hope blathers has a big enough tank for it (゜ロ゜)

my new room was built today, at a very small cost of 348,000 bells (ʘᗩʘ’) tom nook also told me that we have our first visitor at the new campsite, so i went to say hello. the camper, shep, said he would like to live in panacea ! ⤍

⤍ tom nook gave me the materials to pick a plot for shep’s new home, and said we can now choose the plots in advance for new villagers in the future. on my travels, i also bumped into wisp again ! this time he gave me a new flashy hair pin :D

shep moved in today; our population is growing ! when i went to the resident services, isabelle and tom nook were discussing our goal of getting k.k. slider to perform on the island. panacea is only at a 1 star rating, so we have some work to do (・о・) ⤍

⤍ i built a new house plot, and a bridge, to help with the island rating. to fill in our new plot, i invited bob to the campsite. now we’ve just got to convince him to move in !

a productive day today ! mabel came to visit, and asked for my help to find a space for her new shop. as well as choosing a spot for mabel’s shop, i also built a new incline, and another villager plot. panacea is turning into a busy island :D ⤍

⤍ we also held a ceremony for the new bridge ! to end the day, i invited bob back to the campsite. i think he’s nearly convinced on moving to panacea ! ₍₍ ( ๑॔˃̶◡ ˂̶๑॓)◞♡
