Analogy to assist awakening friends:

The Earth has been a playground run by a small group of 4th grade bullies tormenting/manipulating ALL of the 3rd graders.

10-20% of the third graders practically overnight grew up physically and mentally and became as powerful as the 4th graders. This 10-20% is now fighting a "war" to control the playground.

But, if the 10-20% take a little siesta and awaken physically and mentally as 5th graders, the 4th grader bullies will have no choice but to step back and give over control of playground Earth.

those in control, the 4th grade bullies are not capable of growing up quickly whereas those that have been bullied are capable!!!

The population of fifth graders is growing rapidly...and the third graders that have decided that they were victims, will remain victims even if the bullying stops due to what they have decided in their mind.
