Workout Day 1:

I feel like I overexerted myself (or I'm just really unfit) BUT its just the beginning!

They say exercise improves mental health and I need the endorphins anyway so YAY FOR DAY 1 HAHA

Found a free program online and I hope I stick long enough to see results 😁

Day 3. Medyo napanghihinaan na ako ng loob HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA pero push lang
REST DAY !!!!!!!!!!!
Day 5. I worked out a lil late than my usual schedule BUT YAY still. I just forgot to add here HAHA

Day 6. I wont be doin anything bc period cramps 😖
Day 7. Still at it 😜 mainly bc so i can keep updating this thread but who cares HAHA

For now im focusing on DOING IT RIGHT and being consistent rather than getting rezultz
