I don't know where I fall on the Ahmaud Arbery story, honesty. These things could go either way. But I do know that tweets like LeBron James' "we're hunted everyday" are complete BS and only heighten racial tension. https://twitter.com/KingJames/status/1258156220969398272
We NEVER hear about stories of white people being murdered by another race and if people believe (as some of these clowns seriously do) that's because it never happens...they're morons.
"In December 2013, Arbery was arrested by Glynn County Schools Police after bringing a handgun into the Brunswick High gym during a basketball game with rival Glynn Academy... Arbery, then 19, ran when a schools police officer saw the .380 caliber handgun in his waistband."
"Arbery also was placed on probation for a 2018 shoplifting arrest, according to county court records."

For the sake of adding some background. But again, without seeing what other evidence they have (apparently home security cameras/construction site cameras), I don't know.
One interesting thing is that its pretty impossible to find a story about Arbery bringing that gun to the gym. Hard to believe that if a white kid did the same it wouldn't make the news. But the only references about him prior to this story date to 2011 re: hs football.
More than anything, the question I want answered is whether or not Arbery had a car nearby and what sort of shoes he was wearing.

The video is too grainy to tell whether those are timbs or basketball shoes.
And the whole media "out for a jog" parroting is dumb too. I don't know how many stories reference English, but I'm assuming most of them leave his statement out of it.
I've seen some people cite "12 miles" as the distance Arbery was from his house. I don't know where that figure is coming from since I can't find it anywhere myself. Any help would be appreciated.
But in the meantime, here's the alternative take. As always, social media offers little more than conflicting information.
And if it does turn out that Arbery really was just out for a jog, that his meddling in a construction site was just "curiosity" as his family says...this still isn't murder, like it or not. Manslaughter? Probably a stronger case for that.
Updating this thread with the screens of (allegedly) Arbery seemingly casing the place at night. Just something one does when out for a jog. If the guys properly ID'd him as the burglar, this shouldn't even be manslaughter.
