A thread. Even tax invoices (TI) sent to Ketto by @BosonMachines (BM) look cooked up (to misuse public donations?). Boson Machines have multiple major inconsistencies in their official letter (OL), dated April 30, to Ketto. Multiple self-contradictory points by Boson Machines. \\1

A/c to OL: Rate per Face Shield (FS) is INR 120/- before April 14. After April 14, the rate was reduced to INR 75/- for FS from other vendors. Changing the design and manufacturing process FS price was reduced to INR 60/-.

Why huge price variations within a few days??? \\2

Maths doesn’t add up: Total sales price a/c in tax invoice is INR 1199250/- (=4000*120+5550*75+5050*60), whereas page 2 of OL yields net sales price to be INR 1214250/- (=4000*120+6550*75+4050*60). Clear indication that even tax invoices were cooked up without due diligence. \\3

Why should public donation be charged with inflated price when the same quality of product is accessible through other vendors with reduced price, around INR 50/- or less. Even the number of FS requested by doctors doesn’t add up to the number of FS allegedly delivered. \\4

Tax Invoices (TI) with different Face Shield (FS) rates on the same day: INR 120/- and INR 75/- on April 4, INR 120/- and INR 75/- on April 7. Why?

NWMH requested 500 FS, but delivery challan (DC) has 500 overwritten to 800 matching TI.

Whereas, Sion H requested 500 FS, why DC and TI of 1500?? Few of many examples.

Why supplies in TI and DC more than the requests? \\6

No acknowledgement letter by hospitals stating donation by public fund, not even receipt letters from all hospitals. Inconsistent info in some letters of support from doctors with TIs and DCs in OL, e.g., letter by Psychiatry ward of KIMS and resp TI. \\7

This is crowd funded donation and given action is meant for charitable activities to hospitals. Why is then GST levied in the supplies? Ketto is not the buyer. Why mention the name of Ketto as a buyer in the tax invoice? \\8

Mr. Arjun Panchal & BM at least knew that they are sellers (not donors!). Why did Mr Panchal didn’t inform hospitals about it? Why did he ask for return favors from the hospitals to expand his business when hospitals owed to the public? https://twitter.com/das_seed/status/1257284717231198209 \\9

What is surety for the public that delivery made to hospitals as per invoices is against Ketto’s campaign (not through some other crowdfunding/donations)?
