We have received negative and furious comments about our #DefendPressFreedom post in our official @apmcsn socmed pages.

Their points:

2. The context of the post ay hindi naman daw mahahanap sa med books. “Are you even studying? Are you even reading?”

3. It is improper for our page to release such statement which talks something beyond the confines of medschool, thus creating political bias.

Ang sakin lang naman:
- Everything is political.

We dont want doctors who turn a blind eye to things outside their reach.

- We in APMCSN believe that us medical students and future physicians are prime movers of the society.

- We aim for holistic development of well-rounded future doctors. We want to nurture not just medical students to become great physicians, but also responsible Filipinos, people of its country.

It’s just sad to see people, esp med students & future doctors like me, to still seem apathetic & apolitical in trying times like this.

Shame on you.
