fromis_9's mistreatment by off the record and on idol school: another thread since no one listened the first time flovers said it
#Justiceforfromis_9 #WEWANTFROMISCOMEBACK
Firstly, fromis_9's last comeback was 337 days ago with FUN!, making it nearly 1 year since their last comeback, which is the longest we've had to wait. This is troubling because fromis_9 were gaining some attraction from this comeback that OTR could've utilised.
A rookie group like fromis_9 should have more comebacks so that they can grow in popularity! Fromis HAVE been growing with each comeback, so I don't understand why OTR haven't used this momentum.
Last year, there was an unexplained time period when flovers went 3 months without seeing the girls altogether and the girls couldn't interact with fans through social media. We also got nothing for both Lunar new year and their 2nd anniversary except letters.
We got teasers for a Love Bomb JP ver earlier this year, but it was "postponed" and we've had absolutely no news of it since.
IZ*///ONE, fromis_9's sister group, has released 2 (korean) mini albums and 1 (korean) full album since their debut in October 29th 2018 (fromis have been active since December 2017) totalling 27 songs, while fromis have 19. This is minor but since they've been active longer-
You would've thought they'd have more songs or closer to the amount IZ*//ONE have (I'm not blaming them, I'm also a wiz*one and I'm blaming OTR as they are the girls' Korean management). Even without one of IZ*//ONE's minis they'd have more songs than fromis. I know they're more-
popular than fromis, and bring in way more money for OTR, but that's no reason to give fromis releases with 3 songs per mini, like their last 2 releases have been.
Now onto the more serious mistreatment of all the idol school girls. This also involves all the trainees that participated, including Yuri from IZ*ONE, Onda from Everglow, Natty and many more victims.
The lineup for Idol School was revealed in 2017, garnering a lot of hate comments from what seemed like the entire internet. People wrote hate comments on youtube, trashed fromis_9 for making it to the debut lineup and called them untalented and just visuals.
However, it was later revealed that Idol School was not just another "bad" survival show. The show's production team and those behind the show mistreated all of the girls on there. Lee Haein spoke up (both about rigged votes) and the mistreatment. Others, such as Jessica Lee-
And pinkfantasy's Yubin also spoke up about this disgusting mistreatment that the girls faced on the show.
The dorm rooms: Firstly, they look EXTREMELY crampt, they look as if they have almost no personal space at all (Produce48 dorms for comparison)
(Source: Haein's interview video)
The pink room you see at the show had been recently built it stank of very strong paint. It wasn't ventilated either, so if someone moved a sheet there was dust everywhere. Trainees with sensitive skin had rashes all over their bodies.
The girls had NO contact with their parents and the outside world when they were told they would be able to contact them. There were NO WINDOWS (S: Interview video) which meant sometimes the girls wouldn't even know whether it was night or day.
The idol school trainees interview also revealed that because of the stress and the condition in which they were living, the menstruation of some girls stopped, while one of them menstruated and had colic for two consecutive months.
"They gave us a list of words we weren’t allowed to say.

We weren’t allowed to say, ‘This is manipulated’, ‘She’s disqualified’, ‘We’re trapped’, ‘We filmed all throughout the night from the first day’, and such."
The girls were basically starved. Jessica revealed that if the staff noticed the girls had gained weight (they weighed them regularly) they would only be allowed 1 piece of food a day (e.g 1 packet of chips, 1 piece of meat). Other sources also say that sometimes the girls would-
miss the time period for eating, and so they would not get to eat at all for that day. There were girls on this show as YOUNG AS 12. They would film from 4am up until night sometimes, and Haein's interview states that this would cause severe mental and psychological damage.
Among others, fromis_9 suffered all of this as well throughout the program. They were all basically starved and trapped in a room, forced to film during unlawful hours. Sure, they've debuted now and this isn't the case anymore, but NO ONE on Twitter talks about this-
And we have almost NO news on the case at all. The production team SHOULD BE CRIMINALLY CHARGED for what they have done to these girls.
Flovers aren't asking for much. We're asking for your ATTENTION. 🍀❤️ #WEWANTFROMISCOMEBACK #JusticeforFromis_9
