Only too much Basil is enough Basil.
This guy is growing strong. Time to shift it to a bigger pot.
More Basil.
The bougainvillea also needs a bigger pot. The only thing is, do I want it to be a bush or turn it into a vine? Don't have ground so I think it's better off as a bush in a bigger pot.
This one's going too light cuz of direct sunlight for longer hours. I think I'll place it more in shade. It turns lovely pink in shade.
Desi Motia (Jasmin) is settled after shifting to a much larger pot. New leafs and buds. It wasn't growing as fast in its original pot that was very small as bought from the nursery.
From a flower seed to this. Such a wonderful and therapeutic experience nurturing the little ones growing into big and strong within weeks.
This one's super easy to grow. Works well in both water and soil. Though grows much faster in soil. Can also be potted in a hanging one and be turned into a hanging vine. Gives pink flowers that bloom from morning to evening hence often called "Office time"
My makeshift pot of fruit packaging for the mint plant. Let's see if I'm able to propagate this one into a bed of these.
The basil is blooming heavy.

From to
these these
This is a different basil. From store bought 'tukh malanga' seeds. It has bigger leaf. Has different flowe. Smells a little more sweeter than the purple flowered one. More like saunf smell.
New addition to the greens. Indoor ornamentals.
We colored some pots. And sow some seeds. Although it's too hot for these but still, was a fun activity with Rameen.
New additions. Indoor ornamentals.
More shopping. Lemon plant. Mint and tomato plant to propagate.
Acquired a Japanese maple a while ago and it was a cutting from a big plant. Had very low hopes that it'll survive when I got it. Glad it has survived and new leafs (greenish ones) coming out. Pretty stable now.
The arrowhead might go in the lounge. But need to shape it before it can be moved. It was actually a mother-plant at the nursery for propagation. I added the stick/support for it to climb into shape.
This indoor plant that looks pretty close to Dragon Arum (not the same) also looks close to the Arrowhead is yet to be identified. It has similar color to arrowhead. Leaf shape is different. Also a vine like climbing plant. Looks good in the lounge.
This Pisonia Alba needs more light and I think it's not gonna survive in this corner as some leafs turned yellow. Might move it next to the TV close to door for more light and better water evaporation.
The Bridal Bouquet (Plumeria) or Champa is blooming. Looks beautiful.
Sprouting! Yayyyy...

Just potted these Aloe Vera babies from the mother plant. #greenThumb
Done fixing the baskets. Wasn't getting the time to drill holes and fix the hangers. Finally got to do it. One has spider plant and one has sweet potato red vine.
We went to visit a nursery for window shopping. And guess what, bought new plants! 🤣

Let's welcome these new entrants to the garden

Remember the Arrowhead and (close to Dragon Arum) plant I got for indoors:

Apparently they're both arrowheads but different leaf structure. This one has 5 claw-like leaf instead of one big 3 point arrow shape.
I didn't know that arrowhead would flower. It's growing nice and strong and I see 3 buds that'll soon bloom.

Pisonia Alba – From this to that. Beautiful transformation. Love this plant. Instantly brings the fresh feel with its light green tones.

These variegated green and purple Caricature-plant are great addition. Adds that color to the mix.

Thinking this makeshift rack could be a good idea. Might get a couple more. What do you think?

The mint is doing very well. I harvest it every now and then as needed. Glad it survived the scorching Karachi heat.
