Do you remember this right-wing nut job who was going to "Take Out" Joe Biden?

Well, maybe we should investigate a little. 1/n
First off, we need to find her accounts. Oh! Here's one with photos.

Yep, that's her alright

2/n
What are her political affiliations? Must be right-wing, right?

Wrong.
Where does she live? Hampton Roads? Isn't that near the CIA "Farm?"

She wouldn't be a plant set up specifically to make some other ideology look bad, would she?

You can do what you like with this information, but it is certain in my mind that the original news article is #FakeNews

And she's likely not even in custody, but home with a glass of wine.

Mission accomplished!

6/5 (Addendum)

On my timeline, I found @JamesOKeefeIII being libeled by @grantstern
Guess who he works for. Take a guess.

No, this isn't a coordinated misinformation campaign. Not at all. (go look at Dear Jessica's affiliations)
Addendum #2... Shelf accounts, and Jessica Prim

A shelf account is an account set up, and then rarely tweeted (of Facebooked, whatever) to for several years. These accounts are then sold, to give the person who now controls a "history" when they first start posting.
Here's how you establish a "history" of someone when you want to have a "background" to fall back on.

This is Tia Marie Hoover. She certainly looks like Jessica Prim, doesn't she?
Note that her account was opened in October 2017, and it has 286 tweets.
The first posts were started in September 2019. Why waste effort on a "new account." We need the account to ripen for a couple of years before expending any manhours maintaining it.
Then, every month or two or three, add a few more posts. Increase posting frequency as the "sell after" date approaches.
As you're getting close to selling it, increase the frequency of the posts. It looks to me like 2.5 years is when an account "ripens." That means this account would go on the market in April, 2020.
So, on April 8, 2020, the tweets on this account started to show regular activity. I'm guessing this is when the account was sold or activated.

We now have a "pro Trump" account we can use to "validate" our Qanon narrative.
You can read her profile name on her account. It is still open. Fully 250+ of her 286 tweet occurred after April 8. Amazingly, that's about one month before her news article.

Shelf accounts. When you need a history, you've got to plan ahead.
A few people have made comments that I want to address. I do not think Ms. Prim set up this acct 2.5 years ago, nor do I think she was acting when she pulled her stunt.

I believe she is being manipulated, almost as if she were psychologically programmed for this.
