I started my kpop fangirling journey with SHINee and up till this day I'm still supporting them in the same way I did 11 years ago. In the past 11 years I have liked many other groups... (I left the fandoms eventually) and trust me I've done way crazier stuffs
for those groups than I did for astro, and I have friends from those fandoms as well, but I ended up here even when I don't have any aroha friends. For 3+years I just fangirled alone here in this account (my irl friends are also kind enough to listen to me spazz hahah) but I'm
still so happy here hahaha.
I guess being an extreme introvert makes it fairly easy for me to spend time alone (or more like I'm used to being alone even in real life😂)
It reminds me of the early days when I just started liking kpop, when almost everything could make me feel
happy instantly. The more I think about it, the more I think that ASTRO reminds me of SHINee. The bond between the members are so strong especially because they are both small groups and they both spent quite a bit of their teenage years training closely together.
I have nothing against groups with more members but I just feel like the bond between them won't be as strong as the groups with lesser members.
In a smaller group when one member is missing you can feel the emptiness immediately but when it's a big group, you have to count the
number of members every single time to see if everyone is present.
And for me I find it hard to give equal attention to all members when it's a bigger group whereas for a smaller group I can catch up with each member's individual activities without much problem.
And lastly, most importantly, the way astro is so truthful and real towards arohas, this absolutely reminds me of SHINee...

(and also plus points for covering one of my fave SHINee songs hahahah)
Ok end of this thread. It's just me being glad to be an aroha... though I've mentioned this many times hahah
