Is there a way to quantify whether someone is a high entropy thinker?

High entropy thinker: someone for whom if you know their view on one topic, you won't be able to guess their view on another topic.

I've heard this phrase used by @juliagalef

Another way to frame it is a thinker with uncorrelated ideas.

It would be cool if we could make a correlation matrix for ideas similar to how we do for financial assets.
