YG haters for years have been painting a narrative that Yang Hyun Suk is this terrible guy who mistreats his artists and neglects their careers, or that he's a misogynistic pervert that must be stopped, yet most of their "proof" is on misconception and lies created by haters.
In this thread I will link interviews of his showing how dedicated he is to his artists, their worth and the quality of the art they produce. Also share quotes of people and their positive feelings and link some debunking of past rumors.
In a 2011 interview YHS touched a bit on the topic of beauty standards in the company, making it clear that though society may call his artists ugly, he doesn't agree, referencing the time of Daesung's debut. This debunks when haters say he thinks Dae is ugly...which he doesn't.

There are other times that YG has pulled back on requests for his artists to be on shows because either their schedule would be overbooked and the artists would be overworked or that the PDs And companies are not offering fair treatment for their appearance, which they deserve.

Took advantage of her YG status, promised her everything she wanted to get her to sign, gave her a rushed mini debut with little promotion and then let her sit for 4 years with nothing. And when she wanted to leave? They took her to court. Something YG would have never done.

On a show Dara had expressed wanting to ask YHS on that reason to which he replied that she had never came to him about it. I assume cause she was too nervous to, but YHS has stated before that if Dara was seriously ready they would start talking about it. Hopefully after that +

BOM even after she left YG had released her diary to show she still cared and appreciated YHS calling him an amazing person, yet haters refused to listen to her words and continued to blame and make him a Gillian in her story, which he's not.
I believe, with all the evidence out there on the situation, that Bom's mental health declined and she self isolated herself in her own doing, but because of the situation with 2ne1 her hiatus became longer, frustrating fans who in return picked YHS as the face to blame.
I truly believe he was there for her and put her emotions first instead of just pulling her back into the spot light when she wasn't truly ready. If only things had worked out with 2ne1 maybe we could have gotten more from her in YG.
However, when she made her solo comeback he had sent encouragement and wished her luck, showing he still cared for her.
He even allowed Dara to collab with her and invited her on the YG FSO drama on Netflix proving that their relationship is still strong.

When it comes to 2ne1 I believe corporate workings of YG failed them not YHS. He is not to be blamed for everything here. He is not the villian and they clearly don't see him as one themselves

Yang Hyun Suk has always been considerate for his artists mental health . He showed it with Daesung, with BOM and even with Taehyun from Winner.

YG haters like to say that YG doesn't combat malicious comments and attacks. But they do. Just not all of them are published to the public for safety of their artists. Sometimes when you release your plans to sue to the public it can subject the artist to receive more hate.

Here is Daesung's take on strict mentoring that they endured. It may seem harsh but at the end of it all it's very needed. YHS gives both strict mentoring but also care to his artists cause he wants them to be great.
Guys I could honestly spend the next few hours adding more and more to this thread because honestly there is so much more ( especially in this folder I have collected) of so much evidence of how YHS is a good person and doing his best, outweighing all the hate he's getting for
No solid reason. But instead I encourage you to go out and research more about who Yang Hyun Suk is as a person I stead of just listening to Stan twitter and haters's horrible picture they have painted and of him.

Also let us Remind ourselves that YHS is a human being too. He's one man who has to deal with all his artists scandals, the hate that is constantly given on a daily basis and he does it with his head still high. This is a man who has revealed to suffer panic attacks frequently
But he continues to soldier on as everyone's push pin dummy and punching bag. He deserves more respect for the shit he has to deal with.

If a shareholder ( which is not an investor or director and only benefits on the success of the company ), has power then so would the artists that are there. And those stocks don't go away when the artist leaves. SE7EN and PSY and 2Ne1 are still share holders are far as we know
